This position ensures a welcoming, well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors by combining routine cleaning, proactive maintenance, and responsive service. • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly to supervisors or the maintenance team
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Respond professionally and efficiently to requests or concerns from visitors, staff, or residents

• Previous experience in caretaking, janitorial, or maintenance roles
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
• Certification in caretaking or maintenance services
• Experience working in a similar environment (e.g., school, residential community, commercial property)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Working hours 07.00 - 09.30, 14.30 - 17.30
