Parks Caretakers

Job Description

Nirvana Managed Services is a Facilities Management Company in Chester covering Chester and North Wales and the Wirral. We provide cleaning caretaking and site management to both public and private sector. We are currently seeking a compassionate and responsible Caretaker to join our team.

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance team
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to any requests or concerns from visitors

• Previous experience in caretaking janitorial or maintenance roles preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks

• Certification in caretaking or maintenance services
• Experience working in a similar environment (e.g. residential community school commercial property)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
