Managing Agent Coordinator - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield are currently representing a local Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit a Managing Agent Coordinator on an initial 3 month interim contract. This position will offer flexible hybrid working and will be paying between £26 - £30 per hour via umbrella agency.

Managing Agent Coordinator - Housing Association - About The Role:

• Act as the key point of contact for managing agents and service providers, monitoring performance against contracts, KPIs, and regulatory standards, including carrying out site visits
• Ensure lease and contract arrangements are complied with by reviewing obligations, managing risk, and resolving queries in line with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for contracts, leases, managing agents, and compliance documentation
• Lead on enforcement actions, including the recovery of sundry debts from leaseholders and commercial customers, working from first invoice through to legal action where required
• Work closely with internal teams such as legal, finance, and housing management to ensure effective, fair, and proportionate contract and recovery processes
• Prepare reports and recommendations, contribute to service improvement, and deliver a high standard of customer service that ensures residents and leaseholders feel heard and supported

Managing Agent Coordinator - Housing Association - What You Need:

• Previous experience working in Social Housing and dealing with contracts and property management
• Excellent communication skills
• UK valid driving licence and driver
