Sales Negotiator

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a reputable property company based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. • 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays
• Full-time position

• Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
• OTE £30,000- £35,000
• 22 holidays plus bank holidays
• Standard pension scheme

• UK Driving License is essential
• Previous experience in sales within an estate agency - minimum of 1 year
• Committed to delivering top customer service
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team
• Strong communication skills

• Sales progression
• Book and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
• Coordinate with buyers / vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal teamto facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
• Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
