Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and deliver engaging and high-quality sports coaching sessions to children and young people.

Foster a positive, inclusive environment to encourage participation and build confidence in all students.

Provide constructive feedback to players to help them enhance their skills and performance.

Promote the physical, social, and emotional development of children through sport.

Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and colleagues to ensure the success of sports programs.

Track and maintain records of player progress, providing regular updates and reports on their development.

Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in coaching sports, ideally in a school or youth sports environment.

Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., FA Level 1, Level 2, or equivalent).

A genuine passion for sports and working with children, with the ability to inspire and engage young people.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and fellow coaches.

Ability to manage and supervise groups of children in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
