Position: Client Liaison Support

Client Liaison Support – TC Group

The Rochester office has an interesting opportunity for a full‑time Client Liaison Support role. Working closely with the Client Leads, you will assist in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily client accounts inboxes, respond to queries and action documents received on behalf of the clients.
  • Handle both inward and outward telephone liaison with key client stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Ensure timely completion of all client deliverables (relevant client‑specific training will be provided).
  • Review colleagues’ work and provide feedback (relevant client‑specific training will be provided).
  • Take ownership of your client portfolio and act as a trusted representative of TC Kent to the client.
About you
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9‑4
  • Customer service experience desirable.
  • Fast learner with keen ability to take notes and take ownership of tasks.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Professional telephone and email manner.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Motivated team player with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
