£55,000 – £58,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression – Rochester (commutable from: Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Gravesend, Aylesford)

Are you a multi‑skilled engineer with an electrical bias looking for technical development, long‑term stability and the chance to progress your skillset within a modern, growing operation?

On offer is a role where you'll work with a wide range of automated, production and packaging machinery, receive ongoing training on new technologies, and play a key part in keeping a large‑scale site running efficiently.

This is a well‑established, rapidly expanding business with significant investment planned, including new facilities and upgraded engineering workshops. On offer is varied and technically engaging work, including reactive and preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical fault finding, small installations, calibration tasks and continuous improvement activities. • Maintain and fault‑find on fast‑moving production kit.
• Keep the site running with quick, hands‑on problem solving.
• Grow your skills with constant technical training.
• Shift work (earlies and lates).

• Electrical bias (60/40 split).
• PLC fault finding.
• Apprenticeship trained.
