Do you have HGV experience, looking to take the next step in your career with a growing company who will invest in your training and progression.

Excellent opportunity to join a business who are renowned for their excellent culture. You will manage a small team, whilst also being hands on and having the chance to increase your earnings through overtime.

This company are market leaders within the waste management field, trading for around 40 years they are now looking to grow the business further.

Within the role, you will be responsible for managing a team of no more than 4-5 engineers and oversee maintenance and servicing activities.

The position would suit an engineer from a HGV background, looking to take the step-up into management, where they can further progress their career through great training and development opportunities.

The Role:

Full training into management
Various opportunities to further develop and progress within the business
Oversee maintenance and servicing activities
Rotating shift pattern 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
The Candidate:

Experience working with HGV machinery or similar Heavy Mechanical machinery
Looking to take the step-up into management
Keen to implement new ideas and use their skills to improve service delivery
