CNC Machinist / CNC Operator

We're looking for CNC professionals to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team in Rochester. If you have experience operating, setting, or programming CNC machinery and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating, setting, or programming CNC machines
• Working to engineering tolerances and quality standards
• Completing basic checks, maintenance, and tooling changes
• Reading measurements and ensuring accurate production
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in CNC machining (any level considered)
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team
