Role Description

This is a full-time CNC Operator role located on-site in Rochester. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, performing quality control checks on finished products, and ensuring precision in machining and milling processes. Additional tasks include troubleshooting and addressing technical issues, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with the production team to meet project specifications and deadlines.

This role is suited to someone that wants to have input into the fabrication method.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and familiarity with operating CNC machinery
• Strong understanding of Quality Control and good practice
• Attention to precision and detail
• Knowledge of CNC machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Forklift training is a bonus
