BLOCK MANAGER – ROCHESTER – £38K at One Property Recruitment

We are recruiting for a Block Manager to join a growing independent managing agent based in Rochester. This is a collaborative, stable role with opportunities to progress within a small team.

• Manage a residential leasehold block portfolio in the local area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, health & safety compliance, and service charge budgets
• Conduct site inspections, attend AGMs, and handle day-to-day management tasks
• Collaborate with accounts, admin, and leadership to deliver exceptional service

• Experienced Block Manager with knowledge of residential leasehold management
• IRPM qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong relationship management skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and team-focused
• Comfortable working independently in a small but professional office environment
• Based within a commutable distance of Rochester

• £38,000 annual salary
• 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
• Working hours:
  
  9am–5pm with 1-hour lunch
