This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer accounts and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, responding to inquiries, assisting in processing orders, maintaining organized records, and offering product recommendations to meet customer needs. The role also involves ensuring timely follow-ups and contributing to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience or knowledge in Sales and an understanding of customer needs
- Highly Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and order management software is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or office supplies industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
