180 Degrees is seeking a Part-Time Youth Advocate for the Rochester Youth Shelter in Rochester, MN. The role is 8am–4pm, Sat-Sun with every weekend. Salary ranges from $21.50 to $22.55 hourly, with a $600 sign-on bonus and benefits for eligible staff.
You will be the steady, caring adult providing safety, daily living support, and health-related reminders while working closely with case managers and a full team in a state‑of‑the‑art on-site shelter.
