Job Description
• Lead and manage a team of Service Now developers and administrators;
• Develop and implement Service Now best practices and standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions;
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Service Now modules;
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Service Now platform;
• Provide training and support to end users on Service Now functionality;
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Service Now implementation and management.
