** Job Description
**** Responsibilities
* * You will:
* Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
* Make and confirm reservations
* Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with requests.
* Handle cash floats throughout your night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift
* Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports
* Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during your shift
* Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
* Handle and record residents’ complaints, feedback and perform the appropriate service recovery.
* Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports
* Perform related tasks as assigned
