We're looking for CNC professionals to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team in Rochester. If you have experience operating, setting, or programming CNC machinery and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating, setting, or programming CNC machines
Working to engineering tolerances and quality standards
Completing basic checks, maintenance, and tooling changes
Reading measurements and ensuring accurate production
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

Experience in CNC machining (any level considered)
Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team
