Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers

  • Being dependable for all scheduled shifts

  • Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

  • Performing cash out procedures

  • Maintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards

  • Performing any other duties as requested
  • Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program

  • This position requires a significant amount of static standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching

  • We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Organizational skills and great time management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently within a team environment

  • Previous retail, customer service or cash handling experience

  • Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service

  • Sense of urgency

  • Ability to lift up to 50
