Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in Finance within a fast‑growing international SaaS company. The role will support daily accounting and administrative activities, helping to keep financial data accurate, processes efficient, and documentation well organized as the company continues to scale rapidly across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.

Processing and recording vendor invoices (Accounts Payable), ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place.

Reviewing and verifying employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.

Organizing, updating, and archiving contracts and financial documents in both digital and physical formats.

Supporting the month‑end closing process.

Helping ensure the consistency and accuracy of accounting data across systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.

Good communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.

Willingness to learn ERP systems (experience with Net Suite or similar is a plus).

Fluency in English (C1 or above).

Fluency in Italian (C1 or above).
