Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities   Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and efficient support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team
Requirements   Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
