Job Overview
As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers providing outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues, answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat in Italian.

Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.

Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.

Requirements

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2-C1 level).

Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is preferred.

Junior candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
