Your Role :
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone email and chat
Provide clear accurate and professional solutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with international colleagues to continuously improve service quality
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent Italian speaker
Good level of English for internal communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment
Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
