The UKA Group is one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany. UKA’s project pipeline in all its markets currently exceeds 19 gigawatts. In addition, the Group’s asset management subsidiary UKB handles the technical and commercial management of wind and PV farms in Germany.
Let’s work together towards a successful energy transition. We are looking for an Renewable Energy Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) at our office in Rom or remote in Italy.
The Role:
Electrical Design of PV Plants and Wind Farms and electrical interconnection infrastructures (HVOL, HVUL and substations).
Perform technical feasibility assessment of solar PV Plants
Design all aspects of Solar PV projects:
Resource Assessment.
Layout tradeoff.
Equipment selection.
Civil works.
Electrical infrastructures: internal electrical lines, MV/HV OL and UL and MV/HV Substations.
Plot and expropriation lists (piano particellare).
Elaborate and sign all technical documentation provided in the frame of the Administrative Authorization and Municipal license.
Liaise with external consultants supporting the project design and technical due diligences.
Elaborate technical drawings with the details of the land affected for the land lease contracts.
The Individual:
MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
Registered with the Ordine degli Ingegneri
At least 3 years professional experience in renewables design and associated electrical infrastructures.
Experience in preparation of administrative and executive projects for photovoltaic plants, substations and electrical lines.
Experience in preparation of technical documentation for grid access and connection requests (STMG & STMD).
Team player.
Advance knowledge of PVsyst, PVCase, pv Design, Civil 3 D, Autocad, QGIS.
Willingness to travel.
Languages:
Italian and English (C1).
