Deskside Support Technician Level 1

1) It will begin with a three-month dedicated FTE model and then transition into an on-demand / designated support structure.

3) Experience : 2-3 years of Experience as Desktop Support Engineer

Customer JD
Support user onboarding by preparing laptops for deployment, managing onsite spare devices, and issuing equipment to users on an on-demand basis.
Hardware requests, returns, and device setup
Workstation maintenance
Basic LAN / WLAN support – This is needed in the first few weeks of onboarding; this will also happen in phases.
Hardware inventory and documentation
Local coordination with vendors
Local laptop and end-user issues
