Pressteck S.p.
A., a leading manufacturer of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at our Muravera (Sardegna) production site.
Your Mission
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System.
Organize and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Review contracts and supply agreements to identify and manage special quality requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain control plans, procedures, and work instructions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality-related topics and project updates.
Support production teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Oversee the use and programming of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and other measuring instruments.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with the ability to conduct audits in accordance with IATF standards, respond to client audits, and serve as the primary contact during client audit processes.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and mediation abilities.
Familiarity with CMM programming, GD&T and use of measuring instruments.
Skilled in writing and managing technical documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
Solid knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, 8 Ds, SPC, R&R, MSA and others.
