Manage assigned development tasks efficiently while respecting deadlines, quality criteria, and laboratory priorities.
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment, strictly following safety procedures and regulations.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
Act as a technical resource for colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting collective problem‑solving.
Contribute to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and efficient R&D laboratory environment.
