Firmware Engineer

Firmware Engineer  role at  TXT GROUP

TXT E-TECH, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a  Firmware Engineer  for a key project in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

The selected candidate will be involved in firmware development, Test Bench creation, and drafting of related technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities

Analysis and verification of input documentation

Definition of firmware requirements

Firmware updates and alignment with new specifications

Development of Test Benches for firmware submodules and assemblies

Development and verification of Test Setups, including preparation of related reports

Contribution to firmware development process reviews

Participation in hardware/firmware/software integration phases

Essential Technical Skills

Electronic design / FPGA Firmware Design

VHDL

AMD Vivado

Model Sim / Questa Sim

Experience with ILA and oscilloscope usage

Knowledge of communication standards: HDLC, CAN Bus, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART

Good command of Microsoft Office Suite

Optional Technical Skills

TCL

Python
