THE ROLE
Due to continuous growth, our Mobile Development Team is excited to welcome a Senior iOS Developer who will help us build and maintain world‑class iOS applications for our innovative, industry‑leading digital products.

As a Senior iOS Developer (Tech Advisor), you’ll play a vital role in shaping the mobile experience for millions of users, ensuring our apps are efficient, scalable, and user‑friendly. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you’ll be instrumental in defining and implementing best development practices and in guiding technical decisions across projects.

YOUR MISSION
As a Senior iOS Developer at Leadtech, you will :

Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring top‑night quality and performance.

Define and implement software development best practices (CI / CD, automated testing, code reviews) across multiple projects.

Monitor and optimize key app performance metrics, ensuring stability and scalability.

Develop reusable tools and components to support efficiency and consistency across our app portfolio.

Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define, estimate, and deliver new features and products.

Promote teamwork and foster a positive, learning‑oriented environment where collaboration thrives.

Requirements
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
We’re looking for someone who combines technical excellence with strong communication and collaboration skills. Here’s what we’d love to see :

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining iOS applications.

Deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, Swift

UI, and Apple development best practices.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

Ability to define and enforce development standards and ensure high code quality.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
