Our ambition is to become the next hidden champion in SaaS — and to get there, we’re looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer to shape our product, technology, and culture from the ground up.

Your Mission
As our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our product’s backend and frontend. You’ll make key architectural decisions, ship features fast, and set the standard for technical excellence and product impact. You’ll also work directly with the founders and customers to build something meaningful — and help shape the DNA of the company from day one.
What You’ll Do
Own the stack : Build, maintain, and scale backend APIs, infrastructure, and frontend interfaces.
Make key decisions : Define technical architecture, coding standards, and security best practices.
Be customer-centric : Join calls with users, understand their workflows, and translate insights into product improvements.
Build the team : Help recruit, mentor, and onboard future engineers.
Ship fast : Deliver features and improvements on tight timelines — balancing speed with quality.
Main requirements
5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Hands‑on expertise with our stack or similar:
React / Type Script, Node.js / NestJS, Postgre
SQL, AWS.
Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
Experience working in early‑stage startups — ideally as a founding or first engineer.
Strong product mindset — you care about both architecture and user experience.
Proven ability to work end‑to‑end, from database schema to frontend UX.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
