Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a Contractor Supervisor to liaise with approved subcontractors. This role will be based at their Romford office.

The Contractor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all service and maintenance works, liaising closely with contractors to maintain performance standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.

On a day-to-day basis, you will ensure all issued works are completed, issue purchase orders, coordinate callouts, maintain PPM trackers, review RAMS and reports, resolve issues, manage quotations, and approve invoices to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Building Services Engineer who is seeking to come off the tools and be office. You will be able to liaise confidently with approved contractors at a technical level to ensure works are correctly coordinated.

From time to time, you will be expected to use the Company Pool Van to deliver parts to site

Job Requirements

Desirable to be time-served as a Building Services Engineer
Able to hold confident technical conversations
Full, clean UK driving licence
Live within commutable distance of Romford
Strong communication skills
Previous experience liaising with subcontractors and clients
IT literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Contractor Supervisor Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary between £36-42k
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4% of the Employee's basic salary
