Complex Care Assistant

Main duties of the job

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting a young adult with complex health needs. The client lives at home with mum, is non‑verbal, and loves all types of music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person‑centred care.

• Providing personal care and mobility support
• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction
• Enteral feeding
• Anaphylaxis management
• Medication administration
• Oral suctioning
• Seizure management (epilepsy, rescue medication)
• Calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Romford, London. Pay: £12.32–£14.78.

Shifts:

Bank Position, Evenings 15.00–21.00, Nights 20.00–08.00.
