What You'll Do
We are looking for an innovative and collaborative leader to drive recruitment for our Data Scientists, Software/Data Engineers, Product experts, Growth Architects, Experience Designers, Analysts, and Solution Delivery experts. BCG X across its different entities has currently over 3.000 employees incl. Operations with a strong aspiration to continue its outstanding growth journey from past years (10-20% YoY growth) and a recruiting target of ~600 FTE in 2025.

As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be essential in designing the Talent Acquisition organization for BCG X as well as managing a large and global team focusing on full life cycle recruitment. You will also work closely with our regional leadership team and the global chapter leadership to ensure Talent Acquisition is aligned with the business needs in BCG X.
You will manage a team of 50-60 recruiting professionals globally. Within the broader BCG Talent Acquisition community, you will represent the ‘voice’ of BCG X.
You will have a critical role to align our hiring plans, programs, and strategies to drive recruiting excellence across regions and across our different chapters, as well as to build robust talent pipelines as we expand and grow globally. You will elevate our recruiting and sourcing initiatives by leveraging data and ensuring operational excellence to reach our hiring goals to attract and hire the best talent for BCG X.
Job Responsibilities
Own strategic talent sourcing and attraction
* Support evolution of the specific employee value proposition (EVP) and messaging for key talent segments, aligned to overall BCG EVP as employer of choice in close collaboration with the BCG X Leadership team and People Team
* Develop sourcing strategies for key talent pools, strategic roles and specific scarce skill areas identified by the business
* Include diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda as a core element of the sourcing strategy
Lead talent planning, pipelining and global delivery
* Work closely with regional leadership, global chapter leaders, X Delivery leadership team, and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the business, understand the strategic priorities and the current and future talent required
* Provide crucial talent market intelligence information to key stakeholders, e.g. compensation benchmarks, relevant talent pools, insights on competitors
* Develop talent plan jointly with business and people team
* Translate business needs into target profiles based on required technical skills as well as ability to perform in the specific businesses and roles
* Manage, develop, and lead high performing team to deliver key hiring objectives and metrics of time to fill, source mix, conversion ratio, diversity pipeline and quality of hire
Drive excellence across BCG X Talent Acquisition
