Our client is seeking a Groundworks Estimator
/
Senior Estimator to join their permanent team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, cost plans, and budgets for groundworks and civil engineering projects. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. With digital tools, access to key project information and an accessible leadership team you will everything out your disposal to focus on high value work in analysing risk, value engineering and strategic planning over time‑consuming repetitive tasks!

• Established Groundworks / Civil Engineering firm supporting a number of leading contractors and tier 1 developers across Southern England
• Strong direct labour pool ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
• Small but dynamic leadership team the Estimator will have direct access to ensuring the right levels of communication and collaboration with the decision making team
