Oasis Christian Centre is seeking a Volunteer Bookkeeper to support our financial administration and help us continue serving our community.
About the RoleYou will work with Quick Books alongside the Merlio retail system, helping to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Complete day-to-day financial tasks such as till reconciliation and preparing banking statements
- Make sure bills, invoices, and payments are processed on time
- Carry out monthly bank reconciliations
- Produce monthly income and expenditure reports
- Support smooth operation of financial systems within the centre
- Knowledge of accounting, especially Quick Books
- Some understanding of retail systems
- Awareness of Gift Aid and HMRC VAT processes and payments
- Relevant qualifications or training (required)
- Training provided
Flexible opportunities available Monday‑Sunday, indoors at our Romsey location.
