The role of Account Manager is highly customer focussed, delivering a complex range of services all affected by multiple factors which need to be managed effectively. The role is the bridge between the customer and operational delivery. Affective communication is essential, being able to fully understand the clients requirements and to convey this in the detailed and articular way to all relevant areas of the business for delivery.

They offer a broad range of services, meaning you will be able to adapt to multiple scenarios and situations, will be able to proactively work with your clients to suggest new solutions that may further benefit their business. You will receive full support and training in the role but, in time, you will position yourself as "trusted advisor" top your clients.

The role will also work with new clients, onboarding them and arranging the numerous levels of service delivery that may be supplied. Some project management experience would be an asset in this.
