Sales Director – Water Treatment

HSL Compliance is expanding and we’re looking for a high-impact Sales Director to lead and accelerate the growth of our Water Treatment division.

This is a senior commercial role suited to a proven business development leader with experience in water treatment chemicals, wastewater solutions, or industrial/chemical services, and a strong track record selling into manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or industrial processing environments.

You will take ownership of the commercial strategy for our Water Treatment division driving new business, expanding our footprint in industrial markets and developing long term partnerships across high-value sectors. This is a chance to shape a growing division and make a measurable impact from day one.

• Lead the commercial and growth strategy for Water Treatment.
• Win new business across manufacturing, FMCG and industrial markets.
• Drive expansion of our chemical and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Develop a high-performing technical sales team.
• Lead major contract negotiations and key account development.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and full commercial accountability.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align strategy, operations and delivery.

• Senior sales or commercial leadership experience in Water Treatment, Chemicals, Environmental Services, or Industrial Solutions.
• Strong business development track record, especially in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Understanding of water treatment chemicals, dosing systems, or wastewater processes.
• Skilled communicator, negotiator and relationship builder.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L or revenue lines.
• An inspiring leader who can build capability and deliver results.
