Corporate Tax Assistant Manager/ Manager Spalding Up  to £67,000 An established, growing, Top 30 accountancy practice is looking to strengthen its corporate tax function with the addition of a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager. This is a key hire within a collaborative tax team, offering exposure to a broad range of UK corporate tax advisory and compliance work across a varied client base.

The role would suit a qualified tax professional who enjoys combining technical delivery with client interaction and team development. Depending on experience, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with senior stakeholders on both day-to-day client matters and more complex advisory projects. Role Responsibilities Deliver UK corporate tax advisory and compliance services across a portfolio of clients.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear updates, practical advice and solutions to technical issues. Scope assignments, manage budgets and ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Lead or support advisory projects including R&D tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence and corporate restructuring. Prepare and review technical reports, providing constructive feedback to team members.

Support business development activity, including contributing to proposals and tenders. Oversee the quality of client deliverables and ensure billing is completed accurately and on time. Develop, coach and review junior team members, setting clear objectives and supporting career progression. Work collaboratively with colleagues across tax and wider service lines to ensure a joined-up client experience. Personal Requirements ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified, with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience.

Strong background in UK corporate tax, with exposure to advisory work. Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients at varying levels.

Experience of reviewing work and supporting the development of others. Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard tax software. Benefits Flexible and hybrid working options.
