Head Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal role at Vine Tree (IVC Evidensia UK). This is a leadership position for a registered veterinary nurse looking to advance into a senior role within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

• Lead a small team of veterinary nurses, providing mentorship and clinical guidance.
• Support practice development and contribute to a positive, caring team environment.
• Maintain hands-on clinical involvement while managing leadership duties across a 40-hour week (4 or 5 days) with a 1:4 Saturday rota; part-time candidates considered.
