Location: Rawtenstall
Square Peg Associates are currently recruiting for a part‑time purchase ledger clerk, to work over 4 or 5 days – approximately 5 hours a day (25 hours a week). The times are really flexible to work around your commitments.
Salary – negotiable circa £26–28k per annum (pro‑rate)

Key Duties:- Processing of accounts payable invoices
- Matching up with orders
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing and raising supplier payments
- Ensuring that approved payments are made within agreed terms
- Strong customer service, effective communication with suppliers
- Month end reconciliations
- Sage user
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have a strong background in AP/purchase ledger. You will have experience and understanding of the full process and be adaptable to change.
