Base pay: £19 per standard 30-minute viewing, higher for longer appointments, inspections or photography.

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Attend freelance property appointments including viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations as you see fit.
• Travel within your specified maximum miles across the UK.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.

• Flexibility: freelance basis, choose appointments.
• Payment per appointment.
• Nationwide presence: assignments within your travel radius.
