We are looking for an admin/accounts assistant to work in a busy office. This is a full-time admin/accounts assistant position in person office-based Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and 9am to 5pm Friday, we offer a workplace pension scheme and cash health plan (both subject to probation period)

Responsibilities

* Handle enquiries by telephone and email

* assist with general clerical support

* assist with accounting tasks

* liaise with other departments

Experience

* worked in an office environment

* proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably LEAP

* excellent communication skills

* attention to detail
