Are you a construction Estimator looking to further your career?
Would you enjoy working for a family run business delivering new build housing solutions?

We are working with a specialist client who are looking to expand their pre construction team with a construction Estimator. You will be responsible for the pricing of new build timber frame housing projects, working alongside a pre construction & sales team to successfully deliver tenders & quotes to private and developer clients.

As a Estimator you will:

Read from architectural & design drawings to perform take offs
Present back quotes & tenders back to clients directly
Assist the commercial department on drafting contracts & orders
Be willing to travel to site when required

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have a solid background in the construction industry - timber frame would be beneficial
Possess experience within different software packages such as MS Office & AutoCAD
Hold strong communication skills across all levels both internally & externally
Can demonstrate basic design skills within timber (truss, joist or frame) - not essential
