OverviewAre you a construction Estimator looking to further your career? Would you enjoy working for a family run business delivering new build housing solutions?
Responsibilities- Read architectural & design drawings to perform take offs
- Present back quotes & tenders back to clients directly
- Assist the commercial department on drafting contracts & orders
- Be willing to travel to site when required
- Solid background in the construction industry – timber frame would be beneficial
- Experience with in different software packages such as MS Office & AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills across all levels both internally & externally
- Can demonstrate basic design skills within timber (truss, joist or frame) – not essential
- Willing to work within a close knit team and on your own
