Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly capable Senior Site Manager to join a large-scale residential development. The project comprises 120 traditional build units - with 80 homes already completed and 40 still to deliver . This role will focus on externals and infrastructure, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities Lead site operations for the remaining 40 units, ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery. Act as Externals Manager , overseeing works on piled foundations, drainage, roads, and landscaping. Drive completion of extensive infrastructure works still outstanding across the development. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain momentum and standards. Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth delivery.

Report progress and challenges to the Project and Construction Directors. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes. Strong knowledge of traditional build methods and externals/infrastructure delivery. Experience managing piled foundation works and complex groundworks. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to direct busy sites. Strong communication skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
