** The Role
** We are expanding our Infrastructure team and are recruiting a
** Lead Structures Surveyor**. This role will involve leading and delivering a range of highway infrastructure inspection and survey activities, including:
* Asbestos surveys
* Structural investigations
* Condition surveys
* Trial pit surveys
* Pavement surveys---###
** How You’ll Contribute
** As a Lead Structures Surveyor, you will work both independently and as part of a wider team of surveyors and inspectors. You will support a broad portfolio of infrastructure clients—including Highway Operators, Major Contractors and Structural Engineers—helping them meet their operational and contractual responsibilities across the UK.You will also act as a team leader/supervisor, ensuring high-quality delivery within a UKAS-accredited environment.

** Knowledge and Skills
** The ideal candidate will have experience in:
* Structural inspection works
* Concrete inspection and testing
* Pavement surveys
* Building investigations

You will be comfortable working independently, supervising others and upholding UKAS-accredited standards.
** Desirable:
*** SSSTS qualification

Training will be provided to broaden your capabilities and support cross-disciplinary survey work where required.
