Junior Controls Engineer (TIA Portal) £30,000 - £35,000 (OTE 50K)  International Projects  Bonus  Training  Hybrid Progression Meadowhall, Sheffield Are you a Junior Controls Engineer or similar with TIA Portal programming knowledge looking for an exciting opportunity to work on international projects? Do you want to work for a business that are the go-to specialists globally for their technical niche, that are looking to pass down their knowledge to the next generation of Controls Engineers?

In this role you will be programming TIA Portal PLC's in an office environment, before going out to site to test and commission. You'll become a specialist in bespoke controls solutions for the metal forging industry, acting as a technical expert. For the first 6 months or so, you'll be trained 1-on-1 from senior members of the team, before accompanying the team on their international projects.

This specialist consultancy provide a suit of technical assistance and retrofit services to OEM's and global metal manufacturers. This company have grown steadily since their inception in 2009 and now have a team of 10 highly skilled engineers. This role would suit a Junior Controls Engineer with TIA Portal Programming knowledge, looking to travel internationally in a role that can offer great bonuses, 1-to-1 training and career progression opportunities.

The Role:

Travelling internationally to for up to 12 weeks at a time Coding and Programming Control systems using TIA Portal from home or a Sheffield based office Massive earning potential through project bonuses Progression within a growing company into support or management positions
