What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and Influence:
As the financial conscience of the business, you’ll guide the leadership team with strategic financial insights and help them make critical decisions.
Drive Change:
Lead key projects to improve systems, management information (MI), and financial controls—helping the business continuously evolve and adapt.
Be the Expert:
Oversee monthly management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow management (including forex and hedging), budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year strategic planning.
Collaborate with the Team:
Lead regular meetings with the management team to review performance and identify opportunities and risks.
External Relationships:
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, HMRC, and other key stakeholders, ensuring smooth financial  We’re Looking For:
Qualified Accountant:
You have experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Financial Controller or similar, with a proven track record of leadership and financial management.
Strategic Thinker:
You can see the bigger picture and use your commercial acumen to guide business decisions.
Change Leader:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have led major projects to improve systems and processes.
Strong Communicator:
You know how to read the room, lead teams, and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and effective way.
Hands-On Leader:
