Exciting Opportunity for a Band 5/6 Pre-Operative Nurse in Rotherham! Earn £21.00 per hour for Band 5 or £26.00 per hour for Band 6 (umbrella/LTD). Start your adventure with an initial 8-week full-time contract, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to ensure patients are ready for surgery.
• Perform and interpret cardiovascular and respiratory examinations.
• Identify and elevate clinical risks for patient safety.
• Manage complex pre-operative cases at the Band 6 level, providing necessary follow-up support.
• Collaborate with surgical, anaesthetic, and pre-assessment teams to deliver patient-centred care.

• Completion of a Pre-Operative Course through the Pre-Op Association or M&K training provider.
• Confident heart and lung auscultation skills, with strong clinical assessment abilities.
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Registration (Adult).
• Recent nursing experience in the UK is essential, with an ability to work autonomously.
