Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team. The role offers a wide variety of work and helps develop transferable skills. We focus on supporting regulatory services and technical solutions to enable the work of the Environment Agency.

Responsibilities and Scope

• Support and deliver technical digital solutions that address business problems and support major digital transformation.
• Understand how digital tools can help regulatory work and build, support and develop solutions for staff front‑line work.
• Lead technical development areas and solutions within dispersed project groups.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and develop and sustain partner relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in digital product management or environmental practice.
• Comfortable with tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP, Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access.
• Strong technical skills with ability to convey concepts to non‑technical clients.
• Innovative thinking and ability to develop solutions addressing business challenges.
• Customer‑centric focus and ability to build strong partnerships.
