Private Client Solicitor

Position: Private Client Solicitor (Permanent)
Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected law firm based in Wickersley, Rotherham, who are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor. This role is for a solicitor with a passion for client care and a strong background in handling a varied caseload of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities for the Private Client Solicitor role:

* Managing a diverse caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney

* Providing clear, compassionate, and professional advice to a broad client base

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners

* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the private client department

* Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices

The Ideal Candidate for the Private Client Solicitor will have:

* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in private client law

* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently

* A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience with case management systems and a confident command of Microsoft Office
