Overview

Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff in South Yorkshire, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Refuse Loaders for their client located in the Rotherham area.

• Working collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient waste collection operations, which may result in early finishes for the day.
• Walking to and from designated drop-off locations, ensuring prompt and timely collection.
• Adhering to strict health and safety protocols, especially when working on busy streets alongside HGV Class 2 vehicles.
• Maintaining a polite and professional demeanour when interacting with members of the public during collections.

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the walking and heavy lifting involved in refuse collection.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues
• Awareness of health and safety procedures to ensure personal and public safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally and courteously with members of the public.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting job requirements.

Monday - Friday schedule
07:00 - 16:00
